This webinar will discuss how to develop an organizational strategy that focuses on data health centers need to achieve their short term and long term goals. Participants will learn how to utilize data to create a strategic plan by creating models that are used to predict, track and optimize health center outcomes.
As organizations align data strategies and focus on strategic planning, there is ample opportunity to ensure information security practices are included. Participants will get an introduction to mapping out viable security controls and identify the key components of an efficient security program.
