Medicare’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (“PACE”) is a a program that allows seniors who need nursing home care to continue living in their homes as long as possible. PACE organizations serve as both the health plan and the provider of services, receiving a capitated Medicare and Medicaid rate to provide all services each PACE participant needs.
