With provider burnout and turnover as their catalyst, Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center (ANHC) began a journey to create a more distributive and shared CMO leadership model. During this Office Hour, ANHC CEO Tammy Green will talk about this journey to a more sustainable leadership model. She will share highlights, lessons learned, and lessons still being learned.
