Every three years, NACHC facilitates the execution of the National Health Center Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) Needs Assessment needed by health centers to advance health center access, quality and impact. NACHC develops and deploys this effort in close collaboration with all HRSA-funded National Training & Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAPs). In 2024, the assessment was also informed with the collaboration of four state Primary Care Associations (PCAs). Health centers assessed included Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Look-Alikes.
NACHC conducts this project with cooperative agreement support from HRSA. This national assessment will inform the development of training and technical assistance (T/TA) necessary to support health centers improve access to primary health care as well as to advance quality and impact in upcoming years.
Analysis of the results are described in a final summary report, state-territory profile reports, and an infographic reviewed by the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC), which are linked below.
