This case study features the North Carolina Farmworker Health Program (NCFHP) efforts to deploy an Outreach Team to provide a myriad of core enabling services to farmworkers in the field, at home, and in migrant camps. The case study highlights innovative models of providing outreach and care in addition to discussing key funding, policy, and market drivers.
