This collection of case studies highlights ten community health centers’ promising practices and lessons learned in adoption or expansion of telehealth delivery in response to the covid-19 pandemic.
The case studies include rural and urban health centers from around the country, covering different types of telehealth programs, including: primary care, behavioral health, dental, chronic disease management, home health and school based clinics.
