Health center, PCA, and HCCN partners implement intensive evidence-based interventions with the COMMITS program (Childhood Overweight Management Models in Team Settings), NACHC’s learning series and CODI (the Childhood Obesity Data Initiative) using AAP’s National Quality Measures.
