Health centers rapidly implemented telehealth modalities to continue providing care to patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. This report describes results from a national assessment of health center patients’ satisfaction with telehealth services, especially related to ease of use and quality of care. The results underscore the importance of telehealth as a tool to increase access to quality care for many patient populations.
