- Taylor, Henry
Henry Taylor is the CEO of the University of Illinois Mile Square Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center. Through his leadership, Mile Square has become one of the preeminent Community Health Centers in the Chicagoland area providing care to over 44,000 unique patients within 52 of Chicago’s 77 community areas. He serves on the NACHC Task Force for Health Care in Public Housing. Henry has over 30 years of health care administration experience in the private, nonprofit, Catholic, and public health sectors. He has received multiple honors including the Count D Gibson award for providing care to medically underserved communities, the Jack Geiger award for outstanding service in quality, the Illinois 7th Congressional District 2016 Today’s Heroes Accommodation/Award as well as the Chicago Defender Exemplary Men award. He received his MPA from Roosevelt University and has completed Executive Management training at Wharton (University of Pennsylvania), UCLA, University of Kentucky, and Harvard University.
