Collins, A. Rashad

Rashad A. Collins is the Chief Executive officer of Neighborcare Health in Seattle, WA. Before assuming leadership of NCH, Mr. Collins served several years as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Executive Vice President at Charter Oak Health Center, Hartford, CT. As a current member, he has also been deeply involved with the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). He has served as Board Chair of Caring Health Center Inc. in Springfield, MA, where he also received awards and recognition for the Geiger Gibson National Emerging Leader Award Recipient, the National Health Service Corps Ambassador Spotlight, and his work with NACHC’s Faces of Our Future.
