January 31, 2025 – Friday afternoon, HRSA sent a notification that awardees may not use grant funds for activities that do not align with certain Executive Orders.
NACHC is working proactively with our legal and policy experts to understand the impact of this guidance and anticipate questions that may arise. We are seeking further clarification from HRSA and will share more information as it becomes available.
