Looking to “grow” the next generation of health center executives for your health center? An Administrative Fellowship is a workforce pipeline program that trains master’s-level post graduate students on the management and delivery of healthcare services. In this one hour webinar we will hear from the Moses/Weitzman Health System, formerly known as CHC Inc Weitzman Institute, that established their own Administrative Fellows Program including the program administrator and a graduate of the program. The session will include practical tools and implementation tips that are immediately applicable to a health center setting. Additionally, NACHC will host a technical assistance office hour on June 15, 2023, designed to assist health centers with specific consultation on top issues in developing and implementing an Administrative Fellows Program in a Health Center setting.
