NACHC is pleased to announce the launch of this FREE Value-Based Payment (VBP) Supplemental Session, complementing our VBP Learning Series!

This supplemental session is designed to supplement the Value-Based Payment Series. This session will discuss total cost of care including the CMS Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) and a Total Per Capita Cost dashboard.

Attendees are required to take the Value Transformation Framework (VTF) Assessment prior to attending the session to assess their health center's care transformation journey towards the Quintuple Aim: improved health outcomes, improved patient experiences, improved staff experiences, lowered costs, and equity.

Value-Based Payment Supplemental Session: FQHC Value-Based Payment Financial Projection Tool

Date and Time: June 25th, 2024 at 2:00 - 3:00 pm ET. 

This first supplemental session will showcase a tool to assess current financial position relative to, or within, VBP contracts and assess a health center's risk tolerance.

Value-Based Payment Supplemental Session: Total Cost of Care

Date and Time: July 25th, 2024 at 2:00 - 3:00 pm ET

This second session will feature health center case examples to demonstrate the value proposition for health center participation in CMS' Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), including a Total per Capita Cost dashboard.
