Health Center Workforce: Recruitment and Retention Toolkit
The Health Center Movement: Recruitment & Retention Toolkit helps health centers market themselves as part of a wider, national movement in order to recruit and retain talented, mission-driven people.
This toolkit offers a database for movement-centric recruitment language, persona-based messaging for health center recruitment, social media tips, and recruitment topic briefs that health centers can download and integrate into day-to-day clinic life.
Overview
In 2022, NACHC received generous support from the Johnson & Johnson Foundation to develop resources for recruitment and retention efforts at community health centers. Based on the input of 10 geographically and demographically dispersed health centers, NACHC developed a toolkit to help health centers market themselves as part of a wider, national health center movement.

Within this toolkit, you will find messaging, real-world health center tips, and marketing resources designed to support a health center’s ability to effectively recruit and retain talented people that further promote the movement.
