Financial Operations Management 1: The Nuts and Bolts of HC Financial Operations provides established CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Controllers, Finance Managers, and accountants with a comprehensive overview of grants management, budgeting, profitability, and Medicare cost.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this training, the participants will be able to:

• Distinguish between approaches to appropriate operational budget development.
• Describe the key drivers of profitability.
• Identify the critical elements to complete an accurate Medicare Cost Report.

CEU/CPE: This training will provide Continuing Education Unit (CEU) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. This program has been recommended for 14.6 CPE  in the “Specialized Knowledge–Technical” category and 12.5 CEU.
