Community Health Centers provide comprehensive primary care, including behavioral, vision, and dental health services. Still, millions of health center patients may be going without needed specialty services. This report describes the necessity of additional federal funding for service expansion grants so health centers can expand services and meet the behavioral and dental health needs of millions of patients.
