This article, published in the Joint Commission Journal on Quality and Patient Safety (2018), reports on a project to identify undiagnosed hypertension patients ages 18 to 85 years using algorithmic logic programmed into clinical decision support (CDS) approaches. This effort was led by the National Association of Community Health Centers and ten health centers in Arkansas, California, Kentucky, and Missouri.
