The National Association of Community Health Centers is tracking and informing the development and implementation of regulations, guidance, notifications and educational resources issued by the the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the Office of the Inspector General (IG), and other federal agencies. In addition, as a benefit to NACHC members, the association will revitalize its bimonthly, comprehensive publication, the Federal Policy Update. This publication will provide analysis and information on the status of Medicare and Medicaid proposed rules, guidance and regulations, key policy developments, new studies, and other useful information.
